We usually ship items in stock within 1-2 working days of receiving your order.
Please note: Felt yard goods and individual cuts take 3-4 working days to be dispatched due to the manufacturing process.
Should there be any delays or cancelations, we will of course inform you immediately.

The shipping costs for international orders are calculated automatically in the checkout and displayed transparently - depending on the shipping weight and destination country.

Freight forwarding
If shipping by DHL parcel is not possible due to format or weight (e.g. for felt goods by the meter or particularly large formats), shipping is carried out by a forwarding agent - both nationally and internationally.
