Our industrial-grade classics, proven over decades.
Felt boards and pads for in-house processing, cutting, and project-specific material needs.
PES fabric by the meter for larger areas, further processing, and recurring roll requirements.
Felt polishing pads for workshops, manufacturing, and professional surface finishing.
PAN felt, meta- or para-aramid for applications with specific thermal requirements and project-specific material testing.
Felt fleece for flexible surfaces, further processing, and project-specific material requirements.
Bulk density—also known as specific gravity—describes the firmness of a felt. It is calculated as the ratio of mass to volume and is expressed in kg/dm³ or g/cm³. The DIN 61200 standard distinguishes between the firmness classes soft, medium, firm, and hard.
| Soft | Medium | Firm | Hard |

The values shown represent typical technical specifications for wool felt. Actual availability depends on material quality, strength, product shape, dimensions, and manufacturing process. Variations are possible depending on quality and strength.
Would you like to categorize a product group, select samples, or discuss the next step in your project? We'll help you get started with your request.
For an initial assessment, your contact information and a brief description of the task are sufficient. You can include dimensions, material requirements, and other technical details if they are already known.
The desired function provides an initial guide to the appropriate product group. The specific material quality, strength, and design are then narrowed down based on your requirements.
For joints, stops, housing areas, and technical contact surfaces.
For delicate surfaces, interlayers, packaging, and components.
For moving contact points, to prevent friction, and to reduce impact or rattling noises.
For visible surfaces, interior trim, inserts, and soft upholstery.
For professional surface finishing in workshops and production facilities.
For applications with increased thermal requirements or special technical constraints.
The industry provides the application context. The specific product selection is primarily determined by the component, function, dimensions, material requirements, and the required quantity.
Spacers, sealing and damping elements, component protection, and project-specific small- and large-volume production runs.
Pre-cut pieces, strips, and flexible formats for installation, repairs, and recurring material needs.
Surface protection, anti-crease treatment, linings, textile surfaces, and functional details.
Stops, contact surfaces, anti-friction protection, and cushioning inserts in various sizes.
Cladding, protective layers, formwork removal, and flexible expansion areas to meet project-specific requirements.
Inserts, separator sheets, sample cases, and product pads that protect materials.
What matters is not the industry classification, but the specific function of the felt in your component or process.
You don't need a complete technical specification for an initial assessment. Please describe your application and let us know the requirements you already know.
Please let us know what function the felt is intended to serve and in which component or process it will be used.
Helpful: Photo, sketch, or existing sampleDimensions, material thickness, strength, design, and the required quantity are determined based on the specific application.
Depending on the project: bonding, temperature, or loadTogether, we determine whether a standard product is sufficient or whether a custom design is required.
Include a material or adhesive sample if neededThe product type, specifications, and quantity form the basis for the project-specific quote and the next steps.
For samples, single-unit orders, or recurring production runsA clear description of the application is sufficient for the first step. Include dimensions and quantities, if they are already known.
Answers regarding custom designs, self-adhesive products, samples, and technical requirements.
Yes. Please describe the application, the desired function, and the known parameters. Any unspecified details regarding material, thickness, or design can be narrowed down later.
Depending on the product group, material, dimensions, and quantity, custom designs can be evaluated. Please specify the desired dimensions, material thickness, and planned requirements as precisely as possible.
Self-adhesive felt strips are available. Factors such as the substrate, surface texture, load, and temperature are relevant when making a selection. Adhesion should be tested on the intended original substrate whenever possible.
Sample cards and sets help you compare materials, colors, thicknesses, surfaces, and strength. For self-adhesive products, it’s also a good idea to test them on the intended surface.
View Swatch Cards and SetsIt is not possible to specify a flat-rate minimum quantity that applies to all product groups and variants. Please let us know whether you need a sample, a single item, a small batch, or have recurring needs.
No. Suitability must be assessed based on the specific application. Factors to consider include, among others, the temperature range, duration of exposure, installation conditions, contact media, and other technical requirements.
Please send us the information you already have regarding function, dimensions, and requirements. A complete technical specification is not required for the initial inquiry.
