Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are possible until 6:00 a.m. the following day if the order was placed after 4:00 p.m. Our warehouse then usually starts preparing your shipment.
There are generally no cancellation fees. To avoid cancellations, clarify any questions you may have about the product before completing your order.

Provide order information

In order to successfully cancel your order, we ask that you provide us with the following information: order number, name, delivery address and any other relevant details that you provided when ordering.
This ensures that your cancellation request is processed quickly.

Timeframe - How long before an order can be canceled?

Until 6 a.m. the following day if the order was placed after 4 p.m. Otherwise it may happen that your shipment has already been prepared for shipping in our warehouse. From this point on, cancellation can no longer be guaranteed.
If your shipment has not yet left our warehouse, we will be accommodating and allow cancellation.

Refund Policy

The refund will be made to the original means of payment. We do not offer alternative refunds.

Cancellation processing time

Your cancellation request will be processed shortly after we receive it. Cancellation requests received over the weekend will be responded to the following Monday and your order can usually be canceled.

Exceptions and limitations

Please note that personalized products are excluded from our cancellation policy. Unfortunately, due to the customization of these products, we are unable to accept cancellations after the order has been submitted. We ask for your understanding of this restriction.
