Cancellations are possible up to 6:00 a.m. the following day if the order was placed after 4:00 p.m. After that, our warehouse usually starts preparing your shipment.
Usually there are no cancellation fees. In order to avoid cancellations, clarify any open questions about the product before completing the order.

In order to successfully cancel your order, we ask that you provide us with the following information: order number, name, shipping address and any other relevant information you provided when placing the order.
This will ensure that your cancellation request is processed quickly.
Timeframe - How long can an order be cancelled?
Until 6 a.m. the following day if the order was placed after 4 p.m. Otherwise it may happen that your shipment has already been prepared for shipment in our warehouse. From this point on, no cancellation can be guaranteed.
If your shipment has not yet left our warehouse, we are accommodating and allow cancellation.
Refund PolicyThe refund will be made to the original means of payment. We do not offer alternative refunds.
Cancellation processing timeShortly after receipt of your cancellation request, it will be processed. Cancellation requests received over the weekend will be responded to the following Monday and your order can usually be cancelled.
Exceptions and Limitations
Please note that personalized products are excluded from our cancellation policy. Unfortunately, due to the customization of these products, we are unable to accept cancellations after the order has been submitted. We ask for your understanding for this restriction.
